The hotel was very nice,clean and lived the open opportunities such as a lobby and bar where we can sit and chat the outdoor patio which is very nice, A large clean pool and hit tub which we didn't use just because we didn't gave time We went down on a sat for a bday party, for my husband's school mates of 40 year friendship. We had the party room from 5pm - 11 pm, and it was nice, The room was very nice ,very roomy, bed was so very comfortable, had pool view , bathroom was excellent clean Parking was good, well lit. 5 minute walk to movie theate and Victoria mall, and whataburger . A concvient store just 5 minutes away All positive comments for this place .

Excellent customer service as we arrived late in the evening. The next morning housekeeping asked if we needed room cleaned. Gave us extra towels for our stay. On our last day I need to wash a blanket my daughter threw up and front desk provided detergent pack. I will stay here again next time we come back to Victoria.

Staff was very welcoming from check-in to check-out. Never rude and always smiled when had contact or if was just passing by. Very friendly environment to stay at.

The hotel was very close to my daughter's house. Not to mention close to shopping centers as well. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay and will stay with you again in the future.

my partner and I have stayed at many hotels and by far this was one of the most surprising places we've stayed. Although the location was odd the hotel was, clean, comfortable, and the Starbucks / restaurant down stairs was awesome. absolutely would suggest staying here.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities, quiet room even though we were close to the elevator. The bartender and cook made our night with their hospitality!

The staff was amazing. I was traveling alone due to an immediate death in the family. It was an emotional time and the staff made me feel like they had my back and was looking out for my safety and concern. All of the staff was personable and friendly and if I come back to Victoria, I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel itself was amazing. It was so clean! The room was bigger than I thought. The food was great also and the Starbucks in the lobby was the best.
